8 Strikes - Striking and Conditioning
Get fit and learn striking skills in a positive, high-energy environment
What will i do – Boxing bag work, Pad work, Striking skills and drills, conditioning exercises
Who’s it for – People who want to do boxing/kick boxing training and get fit doing it
45-minutes 3 days per week Monday Wednesday Friday for 12 weeks

M.A.S.H - Small Group Exercise sessions
A safe, positive place to get fitter, stronger and live longer
What will i do – Circuit training, Weightlifting, Wattbike riding, Stretching
Who’s it for – People who want to get fitter stronger - particularly if you find it hard to get motivated to go to a gym or don’t really know what to do when your there
45 minutes 3 days per week, Monday Wednesday Friday for 12 weeks

Te Poutūmāro - Low impact Weightlifting and Breathing Exercises
Build your strength and use breathing to improve your ability to relax and manage stress
What will i do – Weightlifting, Breathing exercises
Who’s it for – People looking for low impact ways to gain muscle, perfect for older people, people with health concerns
1 hour ,12 sessions, 2 days per week Tuesdays and Fridays for 6 weeks

Te Wheiao – Māori Model of Change Wānanga & Mau Rākau Practice
Discuss wellbeing and change through pūrākau and kōrero and practice mau rākau
What will i do – Group kōrero, introductory mau rākau movements
Who’s it for – People looking to explore a Māori model of change, people looking to learn or return to mau rākau practice
2 hours, 5 sessions 1 day per week
Thursdays for 5 weeks
